I also live in NH, but in the woodsy part! I'm a lover not a fighter, an introvert, a bit of a klutz, and a total giggle monster. I grew up in New England and couldn't wait to get away for college, but I couldn't help but come back & now I've settled in. I'm currently living that (very tame) single life with my favorite roommate, Chicky, (a cat) and her humans. 

1) I love any & everything true crime related. Dateline and My Favorite Murder are my two favorites but I’ll listen/read/watch it all! Fiction is great too- don't even get me started on Law & Order: SVU (the early seasons!) Benson & Stabler FOR LIFE. Oh, and Murder, She Wrote? Swoon.

2) I am a complete and total bookworm. I love almost nothing more than sitting down with a cat, a cup of coffee and a good book. I love doing crossword puzzles too! #nerdalert

3) Traveling is just about my most favorite thing in the world. I had a lot of fun trips planned in 2020 and when the pandemic started they were all cancelled, so I am ready to get back out exploring the world even more  than before! The Osa Peninsula in Costa Rica and The Peak District in the UK are especially dear to me.

4) The water has my heart. Swimming, kayaking…just being near any body of water makes me feel at home. Oceans & rivers & lakes, oh my!

5) I’m a total nerd for home decor & design. I love seeing photos of other people’s homes and decorating my own. It’s an ever evolving thing making a house a home and I think it’s so fun! 

1) I am an NPR nerd. I can't even tell you how many "driveway moments" I've had, but it's an embarrassing amount. 

2) Probably because I love NPR so much, I am also a podcast nut. Courtney got me into My Favorite Murder years ago and of course I became a die-hard fan. (The amount of photos we have edited while listening to true crime is probably astounding...) My current favorite listens are: What a Day, Phoebe Reads a Mystery, Armchair Expert, and Home Cooking,

3) The ocean has always been a special place for me (there's something so therapeutic about that salt water) and although I've been a surfer for years, (my brother taught me when I was in highschool!) I'm still totally a beginner...oops! 

4) Food is my love language. I love to cook it, I love to share it, and I love to eat it. My happy place is hanging with friends and enjoying good food together. Also probably why I moonlight as a server at a local Italian joint...copious amounts of pasta & red wine, need I say more??

5) My favorite TV show of all time is the West Wing. I can't even tell you how many times I have watched the whole thing start to finish, it's A LOT.

I manage a local cafe and love the sense of community that it brings. I went to college in Western Maine and it’s still one of my favorite places ever. New England has my heart!
